About Lists
At last Drama Teachers are taking advantage of mailing lists and listervs to continue their discussions at times when they cannot meet together in a physical space due to time or geography. If you work within a Higher Education Institution you probably already use Mailbase. But now, just as there are an increasing number of free email accounts, there is a growth in free discussion groups. Obviously nothing is ever free. These lists pay for themselves through advertising.

Using Lists
For anyone embarking on using a mailing list for the first time there are a few rules of etiquette that should be applied. An excellent quick introduction to this has been written by Adam Engst and can be found here.
