It always helps to get advice from colleagues and discuss ideas. It is also sensible to share the effort when you plan developments or respond to initiatives. In the past Drama Teachers may have met regularly and held very useful discussions. For a variety of reasons this happens less often now. As an alternative to these discussions it is possible to hold discusions over the internet. This is most commonly done through a Mailing List or Listserv. There are also written discussion lists that happen 'in real time'.
